Cancellation Policy

Private Courses:

In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled a full refund will be provided or the booking can be transferred to another course of your choosing.

PerioCourses accepts no liability for loss of earnings or loss resulting from hotel bookings or pre-booked travel in the event of a course being cancelled. 

SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL:

Should you need to cancel your place on a course, the following charges are applied:

  • Any cancellation is subject to a £25 administration charge.
  • Cancellation up to 30 days before a one day course – full refund (less admin change of £25) 
  • Cancellation up to 60 days before 2-4 days courses – full refund (less admin change of £25) 
  • Less than 30 days notice for a 1 day course – no refund
  • Less than 60 days notice for a 2-4 day course – no refund

No refund will be given should you fail to attend the course.

If you are unable to attend the course you may pass your place onto a colleague but a £25 admin fee will be applied to transfer the details.

For course organisers:

Our lecturers are in great demand and we often take bookings over a year in advance of a lecture, course or conference. 

Should you book a PerioCourses speaker to lecture at an event the following terms and conditions apply:

  • If you cancel the event with more than three months notice, no charges will apply. 
  • If you cancel the event with less that 3 months notice, 50% of the agreed lecture fee is payable.
  • If you cancel with less than 1 months notice, 100% of the agreed lecture fee is payable.
